Hannover Messe 2024 — Preparations

Anyone who has ever planned a trade fair knows how much attention to detail, organizational excellence and commitment is required from the entire team.

The Hannover Messe is an annual highlight for our company and preparations begin months before the trade fair, which this year took place from April 22-26.

First of all, our team was put together and appropriate accommodation and transport were booked and organized.

The next step was to plan the stand. We decided how we would present our products, what we would take with us to the trade fair and what errands still had to be run so that we could offer a flawless presentation of our two companies — ABRAMS world trade wiki and ABRAMS Industries.

We are particularly proud of the promotional items that were specially designed for the trade fair, which every visitor was allowed to take with them as a small gift. There were bottle openers, pens, notepads, bags, lanyards, catalogs, stickers, etc.

Also we are incredibly grateful to the entire team, who put their heart and soul into the preparation process — from the initial planning to the actual trade fair.

Fortunately, this year we had the same booth as last year at the Hannover Messe 2023—located in Hall 17, booth H23. We had a larger space of 30 square meters, allowing us more creative freedom. Our booth was designed by our CEO, Nur H. Nezir, and Ms. Franke from our design team, tailored to maximize its use by our onsite team. Equipped with several advertising panels that highlighted our products, the booth also featured two screens showcasing our ABRAMS.wiki Business Platform and the ABRAMS Steel Advisor® in action for visitors.

Hannover Messe 2024 — our week

Day 1: The ABRAMS® Group team split tasks; some arrived early to set up the booth, and others traveled from Osnabrück to Hanover to familiarize themselves with the venue. The fair began with our team enthusiastically presenting our products and engaging with new visitors.

Day 2: Our CEO, Dr. Jürgen Abrams, joined us, offering deep insights into ABRAMS Industries® and ABRAMS world trade wiki. We were also visited by Gerrit Ahlers from the German-American Chamber of Commerce, discussing the upcoming German-American Business Day.

Day 3: With the fair almost at the midpoint, our team efficiently divided responsibilities between manning the booth and networking. Mark Tomkins, President of the German American Chamber of Commerce, visited, and our ABRAMS Stahlberater® received particularly positive feedback.

Day 4: The VdU — Niedersachsen branch visited our booth during the FEMWORX trade fair event, allowing us to showcase our products to their members, enhancing our network and reach.

Day 5: The final day focused on gratitude and reflection. Our team, both at the fair and supporting from Osnabrück, showed incredible dedication. Special thanks to team members from both ABRAMS Industries® and ABRAMS world trade wiki for their hard work and commitment throughout the event.

We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone who did their best on site to make this week such a success: Danica Bergsieker, Zaklina Radulovic, Lisa-Marie Fricke, Lea Meyer and Andrea Geers-Winkler from ABRAMS Industries®, as well as Stefan Frindert, Fernando Caeiro, Carmen Martín, Irina Gordeeva, Henrieke Bürmann, Karl Fonje and Katrin Spreckelmeyer from ABRAMS world trade wiki.

In addition, we would never have managed this week without the support of our colleagues in the Osnabrück office, who actively helped us from there and had our backs!

Last but not least, a big thank you to our CEO Dr. Jürgen Abrams and our COO Nur H. Nezir, who gave their all to share their experience and expertise with our visitors and made this trade fair week possible.

We had a great time connecting with every visitor and we are very excited for Hannover Messe 2025. See you next year!
